A booking fee of $500 is required when confirming your wedding reception. This fee is deducted from your final payment. Final guest numbers, dietary requirements and payment are required 7 days prior to reception.

† Moroccan chicken and polenta stack, drizzled with semi-dried tomato tapenade and baby capers.

† Seasonal vegetable and camembert terrine with dressed roquette radish salad

† Peking duck and julienne vegetable spring rolls with ketjap manis dipping sauce.

† Rare Beef Pepper crusted carpacio with croûtons, fried capers roquette and honey mustard dressing.

† Chicken Saltimbocca – A plump chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto, perched upon potato grattin, seasoned greens and a sage infused jus.

† Chicken Roulade – butter fried chicken rolled with Tuscan spice camembert and spinach, served with garlic mash and seasoned greens.

† Chicken Mignon – stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon, served with creamy mash, seasoned greens and garlic butter.

OCEAN

† Salmon – Crispy pan fried salmon with steamed asparagus, beans, poached egg and bearnaise.

† Barramundi – herb and parmeasan crusted Barramundi with creamy mash, seasoned greens and warm hollandaise.

† Coconut Poached Snapper – served on scented basmati rice with micro herbs and lemon.

PADDOCK

† Seared Eye Fillet with sweet rosti, broccolini and red wine jus.

† Herb crusted rack of Lamb with garlic mash, honey glazed baby carrots and mint infused jus.

† Sesame glazed pork porterhouse with sweet potato and fennel wedges, chunky apple and 5 spice slaw.

HERBIVOROUS

† Vegetable stack – layers of zucchini, eggplant, haloumi, spanish onion, perched upon a home made potato cake.

† Moussaka – A greek classic with porcini onions, plum tomatoes and aubergines topped with pecorino

† Gnocchi – Pumpkin and spinach combined with homemade potato gnocchi in a creamy garlic sauce.

SWEETS

† Apple and almond strudel served with double cream and anglaise

† Sticky date pudding served with butterscotch sauce and double cream

Booking Confirmation, Terms and Conditions for Wedding Reception.

  1. A minimum bond of $500.00 or as agreed will be required for all Wedding Receptions.

    This bond is deducted from the final payment.

  2.  Identification, including proof of age, is required by law and failure to provide adequate proof of age will result in refusal of service.
  3.  Confirmation of final numbers and the required menu is essential 7 days prior to your wedding reception or as agreed. Failure to provide this information could result in the cancellation of your function. You will be required to pay, in full, the total cost for the confirmed numbers you quote, 7 days prior to your Wedding Reception or as agreed.
  4.  If you request a change to the set-up of the function room after the area has been set the way previously agreed to by yourself and the Kangaroo Flat Sports Club, this will incur a cost of $55.00. At no time do we allow the moving of furniture by any person other than employees of the Kangaroo Flat Sports Club Inc.
  5. The use of sticky tape, tacks or pins to hang decorations is unacceptable. Blu-Tak is acceptable providing it is removed immediately after your function. Balloons, streamers, banners, table pieces and flowers are all acceptable but must be removed at the end of the function. Any decorations not mentioned here must be discussed with and approved by the function coordinator of the Kangaroo Flat Sports Club Inc. Failure to remove decorations may result in forfeiting part of your entire bond for cleaning expenses.
  6. Coloured Paper dinner napkins are provided for all Wedding Receptions subject to availability.

    White cocktail napkins are provided for all Wedding Receptions requiring finger food.
